Conferred by the All India Marathi Publishers Association, this recognition remains a proud milestone in Shabdalay’s publishing journey.
दर्जेदार मराठी साहित्य आणि उत्कृष्ट पुस्तकनिर्मितीप्रती असलेल्या शब्दालय प्रकाशनाच्या बांधिलकीचा गौरव करणारा हा एक महत्त्वपूर्ण पुरस्कार आहे. दिलीप पु. चित्रे यांच्या ‘साहित्य आणि अस्तित्वभान’ या शब्दालय प्रकाशित ग्रंथाला २००६–२००७ या वर्षासाठी ‘उत्कृष्ट ग्रंथनिर्मिती पुरस्कार’ प्राप्त झाला.
अखिल भारतीय मराठी प्रकाशक संघातर्फे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या ‘मॅजेस्टिक प्रकाशन’ पुरस्कारामध्ये या ग्रंथाची ललितेतर साहित्य—प्रकार २ या विभागात निवड करण्यात आली. मर्यादित गटामध्ये या ग्रंथाला प्रथम पुरस्कार देऊन गौरविण्यात आले.

This prestigious recognition represents an important achievement in Shabdalay Publications’ commitment to meaningful Marathi literature and high-quality book production. Dilip P. Chitre’s “Sahitya Ani Astitvabhan,” published by Shabdalay, received the Outstanding Book Production Award for 2006–2007.
The honour was presented as part of the Majestic Publication Awards conferred by the All India Marathi Publishers Association. “Sahitya Ani Astitvabhan” was selected in the Non-Fiction Literature—Category 2 division and received the first prize in the limited-group category.
“Sahitya Ani Astitvabhan” is an important Marathi non-fiction work that explores literature, human existence, intellectual awareness and artistic experience. Dilip P. Chitre’s thoughtful writing gives the book a distinctive position within Marathi literary criticism and reflective prose.
Outstanding book production involves more than the literary content of a publication.
