कवी मिथुनचंद चौधरी यांच्या ‘आतली कवाडं’ कवितासंग्रहात माणसांचे एकाकीपण, नात्यांतील गुंतागुंत, स्मृती, निसर्ग, सामाजिक वास्तव आणि माणुसकीचे भावविश्व संवेदनशीलतेने व्यक्त झाले आहे. संग्रहाच्या प्रकाशनानंतर त्याच्या बोलीभाषेतील सहजता आणि अंतर्मुख आशयाचे साहित्यविश्वात कौतुक झाले.
Poet Mithunchand Chaudhari’s collection Aatli Kawad explores loneliness, complex relationships, memory, nature, social realities and humanity through an intimate poetic voice rooted in spoken language and everyday experience.
कवी मिथुनचंद चौधरी यांच्या ‘आतली कवाडं’ या कवितासंग्रहाच्या प्रकाशन आणि समीक्षेला लोकमतमधील या दोन लेखांतून विशेष स्थान मिळाले आहे. 23 फेब्रुवारी 2026 रोजी प्रसिद्ध झालेल्या वृत्तात संग्रहाच्या प्रकाशन सोहळ्याचा आढावा घेण्यात आला असून, 13 मार्च 2026 रोजीच्या पुस्तक परीक्षणात या कवितांच्या आशय, भाषा आणि संवेदनशीलतेचा चिकित्सक वेध घेतला आहे.
ज्येष्ठ कवी हेमकिरण पाटकी यांनी चौधरी यांच्या कवितांमध्ये बोलीभाषेची सहज ओढ आणि निसर्ग व माणसांविषयीचा ओलावा असल्याचे नमूद केले. कविता केवळ शब्दांची रचना नसून जगलेल्या अनुभवांशी प्रामाणिक राहणारी अभिव्यक्ती असते, असा विचारही प्रकाशन सोहळ्यात मांडण्यात आला.
*‘आतली कवाडं’*मध्ये आयुष्यातील छोट्या-साध्या अनुभवांपासून माणसांचे एकाकीपण, नात्यांतील गुंतागुंत, स्मृतींची ओढ, बदलते सामाजिक वास्तव, निसर्ग आणि माणुसकी अशा विविध विषयांना स्थान मिळते. भाषेतील साधेपणा, प्रतिमांची नेमकी मांडणी आणि अंतर्मुख स्वर यामुळे अनेक कविता वाचकाला स्वतःशी संवाद साधण्यास प्रवृत्त करतात.
डॉ. प्रिया निजोजकर यांच्या परीक्षणात हा संग्रह “आंतरिक चैतन्याचा अक्षर झरा” म्हणून पाहिला आहे. कवितांमध्ये शांतता, काळजात उतरलेले भाव, विचार आणि संवेदनशील निरीक्षण यांचा संगम दिसतो. त्यामुळे ‘आतली कवाडं’ हा केवळ कवितांचा संच न राहता स्वतःच्या अंतर्मनाची दारे उघडणारा भावनिक आणि चिंतनशील प्रवास ठरतो.
The two Lokmat clippings document both the publication and critical reception of poet Mithunchand Chaudhari’s poetry collection Aatli Kawad. The first, published on 23 February 2026, reports on the book-launch event, while the second, dated 13 March 2026, offers a detailed literary review of the collection.
Senior poet Hemkiran Patki highlighted the strong presence of spoken language, nature and emotional warmth toward people in Chaudhari’s poetry. The launch discussion presented poetry as an honest response to lived experience rather than merely an exercise in language.
Aatli Kawad explores seemingly ordinary moments while opening them into larger emotional questions. Loneliness, complicated relationships, memories, changing social realities, nature and human compassion repeatedly appear across the collection. Its accessible language and restrained imagery allow the poems to remain intimate while addressing broader human concerns.
In her review, Dr Priya Nizojkar describes the collection as a stream of inner consciousness expressed through words. She particularly notes its sensitivity toward everyday experiences and its treatment of solitude, relationships, memory and social reality.
Taken together, the reports present Aatli Kawad as more than a conventional poetry collection. It becomes an inward journey that opens the doors of memory, emotion and self-reflection, while remaining firmly connected to contemporary Marathi language, society and human experience.
