महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या सांस्कृतिक विभागाने जाहीर केलेल्या वार्षिक साहित्य पुरस्कारांमध्ये शब्दालय प्रकाशनच्या पाच पुस्तकांची निवड झाली. शब्दालयच्या साहित्यिक वाटचालीतील हा अभिमानास्पद टप्पा ‘सार्वमत’मधील या वृत्तातून अधोरेखित झाला आहे.
Five books published by Shabdalay Prakashan were selected for literary awards announced by the Cultural Affairs Department of the Government of Maharashtra, marking a proud milestone in Shabdalay’s contribution to Marathi literature.
महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या सांस्कृतिक विभागाने विविध साहित्यप्रकारांसाठी जाहीर केलेल्या वार्षिक पुरस्कारांमध्ये श्रीरामपूर येथील शब्दालय प्रकाशनच्या पाच पुस्तकांचा समावेश झाला. रेखा आकोटकर यांच्या ‘ब्रह्मसोपान’ या काव्यसंग्रहाला कवी केशवसुत पुरस्कार, जयराम खेडेकर यांच्या ‘मेघवृष्टी’ला बालकवी पुरस्कार, प्रा. लक्ष्मण महाडीक यांच्या ‘कुणब्याची कविता’ला प्रथम प्रकाशन उपक्रम पुरस्कार आणि विनायक बंगाळ यांच्या ‘मुके जाते गाणे गाते’ या पुस्तकाला संकीर्ण विभागातील पुरस्कार जाहीर झाल्याचे वृत्तात नमूद आहे. भास्कर चंदनशिव यांच्या ललित लेखनाचाही पुरस्कारप्राप्त पुस्तकांमध्ये समावेश आहे.
एकाच वर्षात शब्दालय प्रकाशनच्या पाच पुस्तकांना महाराष्ट्र राज्य शासनाचे साहित्य पुरस्कार मिळणे ही प्रकाशन संस्थेसाठी अत्यंत अभिमानाची कामगिरी ठरली. दर्जेदार मराठी साहित्य, नवोदित आणि प्रस्थापित लेखकांचे लेखन तसेच वैविध्यपूर्ण साहित्यप्रकार वाचकांपर्यंत पोहोचविण्याच्या शब्दालयच्या योगदानाला या पुरस्कारांमुळे राज्यस्तरीय मान्यता मिळाली. हे यश शब्दालय प्रकाशन, श्रीमती सुमती लांडे, संबंधित लेखक आणि मराठी प्रकाशनविश्वासाठी एक गौरवास्पद क्षण आहे.
A Sarvamat newspaper report records a significant achievement for Shabdalay Prakashan of Shrirampur: five of its books were selected for Maharashtra State Government literary awards across different categories.
The recognised publications included Rekha Akotkar’s poetry collection Brahmasopan, selected for the Kavi Keshavsut Award; Jayram Khedekar’s Meghavrushti, selected for the Balkavi Award; Professor Laxman Mahadik’s Kunbyachi Kavita, honoured under the First Publication Initiative category; and Vinayak Bangal’s short-story collection Muke Jate Gane Gate, recognised in the miscellaneous category. A work of creative prose by Bhaskar Chandanshiv was also among the five award-winning publications.
The recognition of five books in a single award cycle was a proud achievement for Shabdalay Prakashan. It highlighted the publisher’s commitment to quality Marathi books, diverse literary genres and meaningful opportunities for writers. The achievement also strengthened the contribution of Shabdalay and Mrs Sumati Lande to Maharashtra’s publishing and literary community.
