Inshaallah

Rejecting the preconceived and prejudiced lenses through which Muslim society has traditionally been viewed, this novel presents a clear, candid, and uncompromising picture of reality, stirring a profound debate in the intellectual sphere.

Insha Allah offers a forthright examination of the present condition of Muslim society and its complex relationship with the majority community. It critically addresses religious conservatism, harmful practices, customs, oppression, and rigid orthodoxy within the community. It also examines the political interests that reduce people to mere vote banks.

The novel firmly rejects all forms of extremism. It emphatically asserts that progressive thinking is essential for the development of any community. At the same time, it critically examines the nature of contemporary progressivism in India.

Written in the distinctive Bagwani dialect of western Maharashtra, this significant novel challenges established assumptions, confronts contemporary realities, and stands firmly for one fundamental value above all: humanity.
