‘संथ थंड संगाशी संग’ हा सुधीर राजाराम देवरे यांचा सहावा कवितासंग्रह असून तो शब्दालय प्रकाशनतर्फे जून 2026 मध्ये प्रकाशित झाला. या संग्रहातील कविता समकालीन जगण्यामुळे निर्माण होणारी अस्वस्थता, सामाजिक-राजकीय उलथापालथ, मानवी संबंध, स्वतःच्या अस्तित्वाशी होणारा संवाद आणि अंतर्मनातील दुभंग यांचा संवेदनशील वेध घेतात.
समीक्षक रवींद्र दामोदर लाखे यांच्या परीक्षणात हा संग्रह हळूहळू आणि वर्षानुवर्षे साचत गेलेल्या अनुभवांचा गाळ म्हणून पाहिला आहे. बाह्य आयुष्य सुरळीत चालू असताना मनात मात्र वेगळाच संवाद सुरू असतो. बाह्य वास्तव आणि अंतर्गत जाणीव यांच्यातील हाच ताण कवितांच्या मानसिक प्रवासाचा आधार बनतो. या कविता त्या दुभंगाची नोंद करतात.
संग्रहातील कवितांचा महत्त्वाचा गुण म्हणजे त्या वाचकाला तयार निष्कर्ष देत नाहीत. त्या ‘कसं जगावं?’ याचे सरळ उत्तर देण्यापेक्षा जीवन, अस्वस्थता, स्वीकार आणि अस्तित्व याविषयी प्रश्न उपस्थित करतात. आत्मस्वीकार येथे शरणागती नसून स्वतःपासून पळून न जाता स्वतःशी थांबण्याची आणि वास्तव स्वीकारण्याची तयारी आहे.
सामाजिक वास्तव, सत्ता, व्यवस्था, धर्म, भाषा, प्रदेश, पर्यावरण आणि माणुसकी यांसारख्या व्यापक प्रश्नांशीही या कविता संवाद साधतात. त्यामुळे हा संग्रह केवळ वैयक्तिक भावविश्वाचा दस्तऐवज न राहता समकालीन समाजातील विचारी माणसाच्या अस्वस्थतेचा काव्यात्मक आलेख बनतो.
Santh Thand Sangashi Sang is Sudhir Rajaram Deore’s sixth poetry collection, published by Shabdalaya Prakashan in June 2026. Its poems engage with the unease of contemporary life, social and political disruption, human relationships and the tension between outward existence and the private dialogue taking place within the self.
In his critical reading, Ravindra Damodar Lakhe describes the collection as the sediment of experiences accumulated slowly over many years. Life may appear to continue normally on the surface, while internally a person experiences stillness, conflict and a very different conversation. The poems record this split between external reality and internal consciousness.
The collection does not try to provide easy philosophical answers. Instead, it asks questions about endurance, identity, acceptance and how a person continues to live meaningfully amid uncertainty. Self-acceptance here is not surrender; it is the courage to stop running from oneself and remain present with uncomfortable realities.
The poems also engage with broader concerns including power, social systems, religion, language, region, environmental loss and humanity. As a result, the book moves beyond private emotion and becomes a poetic reflection of the thoughtful individual’s unease within contemporary society
